My Mobile My Life Workshop & Festival

MyMobileMyLife (MMMLife, http://mymobilemylife.org/)

MyMobileMyLife is an ICT4D mobile solutions development project. The project is coordinated by MKFC Stockholm College and Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences. Everyone interested in developing new mobile solutions can join online collaboration to innovate and develop new approaches and solution to the use of mobile technology in, for example, mLearning, mHealth and mBanking.

MyMobileMyLife Workshop & Festival

The work of MMMLife community culminates 26th – 27th August 2010, when the first ICT4D Work Shop Camp and Festival is organised. The event takes place in peaceful surrounding in Northern Finland in the city of Tornio. The event is open for everyone.

In the spirit of ICT4D the theme of this years event is: MOBILE SOLUTIONS: WELBEING and WELFARE for ALL. There will be workshops, keynote speakers, case-study presentations and other activities as well as fun and festival style activities troughout the event. Presentations, cases and keynotes will cover topics such as mLearning, mHealth, mBanking, mOffice, mBusiness, mResque and mAgriculture. More information can be found at the event's website.
